I hope @Ks_guy has enjoyed his weekend. Back to the Gym cycle tomorrow!
Thank you hun and yes it will be back to the gym. I weigh in officially on Mondays but I couldn't resist myself so I peaked yesterday and I've lost 4 lbs this week. I'm not going to focus on the scale so much this time since I am doing lifting and strength because the muscle will weigh more than fat. I'm going to tape and take notice to how clothes are fitting etc.

If it’s literally a holding room, I’ll make sure I’m well prepared and I’ll come suitably dressed for the occasion.
 
Just swam a few laps and died…. Never swam so many since I was on a team. And I got my swim test for my lifegaurd job on Friday.. and they moved it from 2 laps to mf 8… I only had to do 2 last year when I did this! Now I got to go train for the next couple days as I can’t get certified without the pre test…

Anyways there’s my daily vent

I can only doggy paddle so you’d have to save me. I never figured out how to tread water. I can do it for 7 seconds then I go down like a bobber.
 
I can do the trending for 2 mins I practiced that when I was at the pool today.

I can also probably do the 8 feet deep brick dive.

I’m just concerned with the swim test.
