Suggestions: I would highly suggest that the Admin (HR) lose their sense of entitlement and address inquiries without using gifs that obviously show that he is inept when it comes to handling anything in somewhat of a mature and sensible matter. I have no clue as to how he manages his position, but someone is benefiting from it. He has enough complaints from ******** to show just how weak he handles things. I can't imagine HR handling any kind of job role outside of a chat room or chat website. Rather sad.

Comments: Apple Pie has used gif images on a fairly consistent basis. Using gifs that HR damn well knows are offensive and to suggest that she is impervious to such types of behavior shows that he benefits from her. Who knows what they do behind closed doors. Absolutely pitiful.
Also...HR seems to have this buddy system with Revo, a known deviant. HR seems to enjoy playing a fatherly role to this child who consistently get's muted and kicked.

Feedback: I see Digital Insanity as the ONE MOD who is fair and not terribly restrictive. Perhaps others, including HR, could learn a thing or two from someone so young who doesn't jump down the throats of others who speak against him. Your role as Admin is getting old HR. You lack the ability to NOT sensibly evaluate the sickening behavior of mods you have chosen. I cannot imagine you handling anything with a level of sensibility outside of Chat Avenue. Also....don't pull that generational **** here in forums. Get off of your pedestal you tiny little man. All you have is Chat Avenue and you are not liked, nor are you responsible enough to know when you're wrong. Dead wrong. Outside of Chat Avenue, you are nothing. You play a part that is no different than a parent changing the shitty diaper of their offspring.

This seems to be an expansion of your Apple Pie issue but you've tagged no-one and provided no proof in the form of screenshots to support any implied allegations. Commenting or making suggestive comments about anyone's life outside of CA is not appropriate.

Who are you hoping will see this? What is your desired outcome?

I don't know how any of the Admins manage to put up with dealing with some of the really bad stuff they see in the rooms, the abuse they often get, the complaints (genuine ones), and complaints/suggestions so full of hyperbole that admins have to think long and hard to work out what the complaint is, all while managing a team of Mods and rooms that are often the targets of trolls, scammers and pedos, and in the case of UMs managing the same issues on here - and manage whatever they have going on IRL.

Constructive advice: Your posts so far are the equivalent of an aggrieved ex going to the tabloids with a seedy story supported by no evidence at all, intended to whip up a frenzy but achieving nothing.

If you have a genuine complaint/issue, think about it long and hard before you post it. Write it with purpose, constructively, and supported by evidence in the form of screenshots (everything else is just noise) or do what a decent complainer with a well-founded complaint would do - take it to PM.
