Last night I was banned the reason was PED . I know what it means but I have never posted a photo of a child engaged in any sexual activity , my pics are taken from sites with models that are over. 18 .
Please show me the offending items if you possibly can . There was also another person with the exact same user name as myself .
I do not accept the reason for my ban .

If i ban you i don't do it because i can , you have a HUGE chat history of violent pics/gifs and that that basically stinks , i won't be lifting the ban . The Ped was a mistake on my part i was extremely busy and meant to put violence after being warned not too .

@Daddyspanks, to direct you to the person that can assist assist in addressing your ban, you will need to provide the room you were banned from and the username you use in that room.

if your username was daddyspanks (or anything of a similar kind) and the images you posted were of young models (young enough in which they could have been underaged), then i'm sure you can understand why you could have been banned as a precaution

@Daddyspanks, I've quickly lost patience in waiting for you to reply with the room and your username, so here is a generic reply to potentially help in finding answers: As you surely know, pedophilia is a serious offense and the term isn't used lightly. It's uncommon for someone to be wrongfully banned for this reason, but mistakes can happen. Only admins can ban ********, and you can locate a list of admins and corresponding rooms here: https://forum.chat-avenue.com/threads/have-you-been-kicked-or-banned.13829/. Click on the name of the admin you're looking for in red or blue on that thread and then click "start conversation" on their profile. Explain to them the situation and be sure to include the room, your username, that you were banned, and the ban reason. Remember that the staff are here on a volunteer basis, and they will get to your complaint as time allows. Given that you were banned for the reason "PED," I wouldn't be surprised if your complaint was low on the priority list.

Sorry about late reply , I agree 100% pedophilia is serious , children need protecting from it , I do not believe I was doing anything wrong

My images were adults , the looked like adults

Either wait for one of them to reply to this forum or PM one of them by clicking on their name in this message in blue. Again, pedophilia is taken very seriously and I highly doubt your ban was in error, but those are the steps in attempting to have your complaint resolved.

Kick / Ban: Ban
Ban Reason: PED
When: Yesterday
Complaint: Chatter believes ban was unjust and is requesting evidence or ban to be lifted.

kim marked you as ped.... there is ZERO chance i will reverse that judgement. you will stay banned until kim sees fit to change that. you have no hope.................just saying..................... I have warned you any number of times............NO, ZERO, VIOLENCE. name change after name change you have been warned......... but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, would you clean up your act???? NOPE you would not. I know you'll try to get back in... you will see the word "evading" a lot in your future, untill kim tells me to stop.
