Can anyone advise how to add a topic to a room that includes the username?

If you're a room owner or room admin of a side room, you can add a topic (a pop-up message generally used to greet visitors) to your room with the /topic command. You can use the %user% variable in your topic, which would be replaced with the viewer's username in the pop-up message.
For example: if you wanted your message to read "Welcome, [username], to the lair of crazy monkeys.", you would type "/topic Welcome, %user%, to the lair of crazy monkeys." Hope this helps.

This isn't true. All staff and side room staff can use the /topic command, except side room mods (blue banner with shield icon).owner of the website, and room admin. You are a VIP that can create Rooms

You’ll have the find a image hosted online via idk ****** or something to use you’ll type /topic then room topic then img.jpg etc
