Morning. Late to the gym but I’m here and almost done then gotta go home make lunch and get ready for work.

I worked. We had a tornado Saturday so I was sitting around at a friends house Saturday night and slept on his couch. Ehhh I’m too old to be on a damn couch. Wrecked my back! Lol
