Baby mods are a failure in (boyschat)

Baby mods are more interested in chatting than modding. They are not experienced enough to do both at the same time.

The newest has a real attitude problem and told me to f**k off. This is unacceptable. Today he is spending his time bragging about all the "pedos" he's kicking.

Let's hire some adult mature mods please.

Moderators are members here too and are allowed to chat if they choose too. However, in my opinion, moderating the room needs to come first. Moderating and chatting at the same time is a skill, especially in a crowded, fast scrolling room. If a moderator is mature and skilled enough to do both there shouldn’t be any issues.

It also depends on the size and speed of the room. In a room like mine (Adult Chat), there are usually over 1,000 users and the chat scrolls super fast. I’m usually so busy muting/kicking people who violate the rules I wouldn’t have time to chat much, even if I wanted to. 😁

There are two sides to every story. Hopefully the moderators in your case will come and provide a response to you soon. ✌️

All of the mods are doing a good job. They need time and space to bed in.
I know I was critical of one of them. I was wrong and have apologised to all 3 in the room at the time. Toby showed he is a bigger man than me in the way he chatted with me after my apology. Jacob u certainly made me recognise my place. Thanks for the way u did it. Candle thanks for just moving on.
I don't feel good for my part I have to say.
I think all the mods doing a good job
