Adult Chat Room Ban?

Hello,
I went to log into my account today, and noticed I was greeted with a you've been banned from the adult chat site reasoning being I'm 17? I definitely am not! I can provide an ID to prove that. I can't enter that chat room what so ever. I do know there was some roleplaying in the chat room
