RE: User Violation of terms of use

Hi team,

I trust you are well.

The User known as Jamie is violating terms of room use; posting pornography of users, scrolling, disruption of room, sharing personal data and cloning accounts.

This has been going on for some time without repercussions. It is known that the user identity is Jamie of various accounts.

Please take corrective action before it becomes investigated.

If in the proceeding time corrective action is not taken. I will file for damages to be raised by actioning Authentication of user login under your room by legal means.

jamies been a troll staple as long as ive been registered. sure cm *might* ban him. but that there takes A LOT of convincing, more than this attention seeking thread and more than a pm. 2 ways your going to rid yourself of jamie 1) physically ignore him when hes in the room. 2) move to a different room and hope he doesnt follow. and sure you could file a suit, but history has shown that the instant people bring up fighting the tos, it gets changed to reflect what ever cm wants it to say. hopefully you have an iron clad attorney.

&& just because you dont see the "repercussions" doesnt mean the boots dont happen.


/old habits & no ones gonna throw them under the bus with claims of doing nothing.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I didn’t know the correct process for reporting to CM but I highly doubt the recommended pm as you said would do anything.

All I can say is, this highlights the most transparent response to an incompetent cm that I have ever heard.

Therefore while thinking it over, I will check the internet and see to consulting a attorney that can give information on next steps.

Personal information is at risk and it is not just a troll but putting people at severe life changing disadvantages.
