Anonymous Poll #Karina4Admin​


I know my reputation here. But this isn't for my benefit. This is for the benefit of Girls chat, it's mods, and it's users.

I was invited to discuss with @-KandyKarina- today about other matters, and our previous encounters have been good, and bad experiences we both learn from. We share common ground and similar ideas. Furthermore I am taking due diligence in support her for the available Admin position.

Why you will benefit from @-KandyKarina- as an Admin;​

  • She has been a valued member of the community since 2018.
  • She has been promoted to mod and has done an amazing job with login ample amounts of hours in chat modding.
  • She has the compassion of an angel, and I mean that. Karina doesn't hold personal grudges, and has seen to be very professional.
  • Within reason she will listen, and make challenging decisions in a timely and orderly fashion.
  • Karina also has the leadership skills, patience, and the go-getter attitude needed for this position.
  • With her background, skills, and experience. (which I will not disclose without her consent*). Are a great addition to Karina being an Admin.
I believe in all honesty that @-KandyKarina- fits the position listed above.

She has showed so much compassion and care for the chat that it is hard not to see the light she emits in there.

This poll is only to show my ultimate support for Karina. I personally will not benefit from this poll. I am merely a supporter of positive change into this environment. With Karina as the leader of Girls Chat, I can confidently say that it would be a great addition to the Admin board.

If you think another mod has the qualifications desired of an Admin. Please do not hesitate to comment down below your opinions. Constructive observations, and opinions are welcome. As long as it fits the scopes and details of this thread.

Furthermore, please keep any non-productive comments out of this thread. Please contact customer service with any discouraging remarks.

Yk most the time it takes some time to find a new admin… most rooms takes some time to find new admins if it’s not clear to who to pick… This is normal so be patient… I remember TC had no admin for a few months with only me and reeebs as active mods with like 700 people online. It takes time to pick capable admins.

Whoever banned a certain user from the forums for a few days a couple weeks back and can do the same in girls chat to end a long lasting problem in it has my vote !

That's why every room should have a moderator nominated and trained as a sort of backup admin or something (a Vice Admin or Deputy Admin, if you will) in case something happens. That way it can provide a smoother and faster transition if/when an admin steps down or for some reason cannot carry out their duties. At the very least, it provides a temporary person instead of the total jokeshow and power vacuum we see in GC now.

Of course, GC has bigger problems than that which Chatmaster refuses to touch, so I don't know why I would be so hopeful that he would get this right.

Some rooms do have this. Well sort of. I’ve had admin in the past whilst Annie was away. So you could say it was a “back up” admin if you will. Just depends on the rooms. Same with ***** (boys chat admin) and NorCal (boys chat mod) he’s had the admin star whilst ***** was away too. Some rooms CM may feel don’t have that mod member of staff to take the reigns

Someone was nominated. Amaisey was. Hoping they consider her.
 
Amaisey can't coz for three reason she don't online come regularly nor not to stay login for longer period of time not in a different timing

As i said before in my threads in detail who is the better best option that's simply Karina others are mostly student like Jess even amaisey and cogirl who is a mother , she is busy with her life and she don't online regularly or something staying in a chat longer..

They have to give authority for to ban user who breaks rules for one or two moderator

as you can see in adult chat Kim is an admin, but she allow foreverman to use ban power when she was not around..

Chatmaster shouldn't delay , because simply Karina will be the perfect and will be go longer staying not like enchantress

Chatmaster is a lucky , but i understand he needs to check personally coz how to trust on someone specially in this time..
