Mod choices in GC aka it’s funny how things turn out!

Maybe now the siderooms will actually get used! Seriously appointing Cuddles again is ridiculous. I know mods like to say that they know being hated means they are doing a good job but seeesh!

You may as well have thrown a red rag into the room. Is it procedure in other rooms for people to apply for mod positions? Although this would have been the same result. Should have seen it coming really.
 
I get that Maisey trusts Cuddled but wow, way to read the room considering most people in the room hold him in the same low esteem as other problem users.

that might be true but a male should never be a mod in a girls room and there has been a lot of comments about it in both the main and in private ye i have spoken about it in main as i beleave its our right

Then express your concerns and Chatmaster or vote with your feet...they are your rights too.

I'm not going to comment on any particular decisions made. My opinions have been passed on in this regards.

Age ought not be an issue here, I am the youngest mod and in many respects I have more experience than many of our older ******** certainly as far as tech, investigating techniques and how to deal with chat room issues. I have been in chat rooms for over a quarter of my life. Experience not age is what counts.

I also note that more often than not our genuine teens are far more clever and understand way more about issues in chats than many of our older ********. Their insight into issue is always very interesting when they share them with me. They are easily my greatest source of intel into the goings on in chat and have helped a lot with investigations into the bad eggs is chat.

I also not some of the teen chat mods I come into contact here at chat ave are some of the best moderators on this site.

I am the closest mod to the younger ********, many trust me with things they don't feel they could with older ones. I want you guys to know I understand your concerns and I have decided I am here to stay to keep fighting for you like always. This is true for the older ones as well.

If any issues arise out of any decisions that have been made I suggest you try your best not to react in chat to them but take screen shots and pass them onto us. I guarantee they will be acted upon and I promise I and others will always fight the good fight for you, no matter the cost to me.

I know other mods feel exactly the same way I do.

We are here for you.

Thankyou for your wise words and I am very proud to call you friend and I was so proud to have you Moderate in the room with me. One of the best things I have done was hire you.
