I knew myself I shouldn't be there coz it was already stated for 16+ and they weren't bullying me, in fact they were just following the rules. I remember someone named Aleks that became my friend on girls chat... But I had to move to kids chat because I shouldn't be there lol well she did went to kids chat so we could still talk XD

I don't think it was teen chat but last time I was in teen chat was in 2005 when I was 18 so I can't say they didn't allow 13 in 2016
