Are you attempting to use your camera from a mobile device or an actual desktop/laptop?

If the former, you may need to ensure your web browser on your mobile device has the appropriate permissions to access your camera. If the latter, you may need to ensure your webcam and its drivers are properly installed.

It’s also possible that you could have better luck in the room with a different browser entirely. Which one do you currently use to access the Avenue?

I'm on a stationary computer. I have permissions and everything is installed properly. I checked several browsers without success. Currently using Microsoft Edge browser.
