First off, last time I checked critiquing or criticizing a moderator for their performance as a mod was not against the rules. I was muted twice for merely speaking my mind about the rules or performance of this moderator--- to which the moderator said if I did not like it I could go to another room, to which I said I was not going anywhere because I have been a member of that room for years, and was muted.
Second, a lot of people who are regulars in singles find the new moderator "FairandBalanced" to be extremely heavy-handed and unfair and his (or her?) modding abilities muting or kicking people for having low-cut shirts and other petty issues, which last I seen was not against the rules because the only rule there has been is against nudity.
Third, the moderator in question was bad mouthing me causing a argument with me which everybody saw only for him to delete those posts (as if that would do anything because it all stays on the logs anyways) trying to goad me into a fight by bringing up the fact that I modded for three days but resigned--- to which I said I would not be lectured by someone who was never even a regular in the room but was appointed to the position of moderator by his (or her) best friend the new admin.
Fourthly, it's very ironic this moderator arguing with me over my performance in the past as a moderator considering I muted people for breaking the very rule that he kicked me for, lol. When I was a mod I muted for 5, then 10, then 15, and gave multiple warnings before ever kicking. This guy? No warnings. Just arbitrary action.
