Northern Ireland

After seeing, reading and hearing so much about the separation and equal ruling of Northern Ireland, even getting into a heated interaction with a mod, I want to pose the question of, what if Ireland was united again, here, in the 21st century?

Being from a country that has pondered it's own independence, I am curious about it all. With Scotland having an Independence Referendum a few years back, and now seeking a second, along with minor movements in Welsh Independence, and the surprising victories for Sinn Féin in the Northern Irish Assembly, all seem to point toward the idea of the United Kingdom, breaking up, with each country in control of themselves, and in tight knit with each other, much like the European Common Market. It may even see Ireland return, but united.

What would happen if Ireland became united, and how do you believe it would occur?

ill pass as he was trying to argue this with me in gen chat 🙄🙄 i told him to kindly get his fact right before he starts 💋
They dare argue with thine Irish one and they will see the Irish wrath.

It's amazing how serious issues are trivialised here. Simply stating that Ireland should be united, something you can disagree with, and I can respect, but not something you can force on a person x

This stunning bloke from Northern Ireland once blocked and ghosted me after I asked him to clarify if he meant Londonderry when he referred to Derry. I meant no offence.

Some things aren’t worth discussing if you don’t know what you’re talking about. I learned that lesson the hard way.

Could not have been termed better.

There will be a vote.
Cant say when.
Maybe once Sinn Fein is in control both north and south of the border.
