Banned after my phone had died

I was talking to a guy in adult chat and we were starting to hit it off When my phone died. When I charged it back up and tired to log back in and it told me I was banned but never gave me the reason why I was banned??? The exact message is “ you have been banned from this site. You can not enter!”

Assuming it’s a Ip ban or error, clear your cache, cookies try a different browser etc if none of that works then pm @Kim or @foreverman your IP

Also try turning your phone off and back on. Sometimes this can work

I tried clearing my cache and cookies. Didn’t work. And I don’t have a diffrent browser to use since I’m on my phone.

I got it to work again I had to turn my phone off an on again🤦‍♂️ Never had that happen before so I was worried and confused
