What improved your life so much, you wished you done it sooner?

I wish I started my transition when I was younger. I’ve always known that I was a guy deep down, but I was scared to come out and face it because of how lgbtqi was being treated. I came out last year and I’ve never felt happy in my life. For once, I feel more confident in myself and starting to enjoy being who I am as a person.

Ok the joke answer is getting an air fryer, everyone needs an air fryer
The real answer is realizing that I don't have to hide my sexuality, after hearing about all the sIut-shaming and kink-shaming in high school, I associate what I like as bad but it's quite normal actually
I am getting an air fryer but don’t really know how to use it

i learned, & learned hard through out my short lil' life that your happiness & luving yourself is the most important thing. that when you stop worrying about consequences, other people's feelings, & you start doing whatever you want regardless of them. you soon realize how much better your life now is, & how much happier you are because of that. 💁🏼‍♀️

thats the angel life.

Boundaries can be renegotiated at any time. Establishing a rigid boundary today doesn’t prevent you from revising it to be more or less rigid tomorrow. You can cut people out of your life for a time and invite them back if you wish, once they no longer play a toxic or destructive role in your life, for example.

As a corollary matter: if someone rails against a boundary you set… I’d encourage you to consider if they ultimately wish and want the best for you.

I graduated school... so, there's that.

But, I would actually say what improved my life so much I wished I'd done it sooner is -- realizing that many people across every age group are brats (especially online). That helped me to not be so anxious around them.

I mean, it really is like hanging around a bunch of bratty kids most days. Even if they're 40 or 60 years old. When I realized that, I stopped being so anxious about things they do. I guess understanding people made me less fearful of them. I ain't scared of no bratty kids lol

Got a proper diagnosis. I think a lot of people that for years questioned themselves “what’s wrong with me?” when they finally got diagnosed it’s a big relief and changes a lot in a better way.

Pass on your Wisdom and knowledge collected through experience.
