Don’t waste your time trying to get a ban reversed

The review process is a joke. I was banned from the gag chat room on the grounds that I was a pedophile. I asked Chat Avenue to send screenshots of any complaints or offensive posts to support this false and defamatory assertion. They refused. Eventually, after repeated requests, they cited two posts. I made clear that I had not posted either of them— and had never sought to chat with, talk to, cam with, or meet anyone under 18. I offered to set up a call to try to resolve the matter — which, I assume, was the result of either a mistake by them or identity theft. They declined. Instead, they responded with insults. I have repeatedly asked to speak with someone from their legal department, but they have refused to provide any contact information. This people are self-important pieces of crap. I am an attorney and am considering suing for defamation. Maybe that will get their attention.

You put the allegation into the public domain. We didn’t. Defamation suit dismissed.

oh wait this is for "gag chat" not Gen Chat. @Chopper said hes not lifting the ban, I'll close this for him, I'm sure if he has more to add he will.

Chopper refuses to provide a screenshot to support his allegation that I solicited a minor — which I did not. He won’t talk to me. He won’t give me the contact info for anyone with the authority to review this matter and correct the error. He just keeps saying no and closing my chats.

Let me tell you something. If you search up -Complaints about Chat Avenue- there is a website you can go to and you can post your complaints there. There is even a Facebook complaint about it. I do agree with you that He should talk to you about your ban and he should tell you what you did wrong. But chopper is not like that, he tries his best to keep the chat safe from Peds and Gross people, besides pestering him isn't going to do any good for you nor him, he will probably just ban you from here too. And in my opinion chopper is doing a great job keeping the gag (Gay) chat 😂 safe for people. And can you please stop spamming post after post after post. Find another chat and start a new beginning there. And I know you probably made some friends there that you don't want to lose or anything but you have to take in mind that @Chopper banned you because you were doing wrong or you were told multiple times to stop, so you have to let it go, and I know it might be hard for you to let it go it would be so freaking hard to let it go if I got banned too, but just remember that chopper is doing his job and he is trying his best so be thankful that if you did get banned maybe its time for you to go to a new chat or go meet someone out in the real world.
