If a countless number of people are complaining about banning him, mods and admins have says they have made CM aware of this issue, yet continues to be worse like continues to make guest accounts regardless, can you not do anything at all? Legally this says it's a crime yet, you do absolutely nothing at all?

1.) Firstly it will help if you tell us where this is happening.

I recognize that name- it was banned in General Chat. So has his other registered accounts per CM guidelines.. Problem is- he evades. So we repeat. Not much else we can do, although, his ISP has been reported.

Leaving this open since other rooms might be involved.
 
This is mostly pertaining to the dating room. Not as much as a mod complaint or anything it's super annoying to have someone harassing people over and over with personal information. Not getting how things are being reported but nothing gets done.

Yup, and harasses women, or posts porn. I'm sorry he's made his way to your room but thankfully the admin and mods are aware of it and more importantly, his ISP is too.

A few thoughts:
1. The ignore feature works wonders. You should use it. Yes I realize people can make hew account. But you can ignore those as well.
2. You’ve been told by H.R. that in fact things HAVE been done about this user. Just because a user is banned doesn’t mean they can’t evade the ban, unfortunately. Hopefully it’s clear now that staff have addressed this and you can stop saying that “nothing is being done”.

Just for grins I checked both Adult Chat rooms for the name Castlevania and nothing came up. ✌🏻

My point is, if you don’t like seeing what someone is saying, use the ignore feature and you won’t have to see them anymore.

Maybe you are new to chat rooms but there are people from all over the world here. The fact is that you MAY see things that you don’t agree with, that are upsetting, etc. There are tools provided here to either ignore the person or report them. Use them and move on. Life is short.

First of all I’m a moderator not an admin. Second of all I never said to ignore a “crime”. If you see someone violating a rule, you have, as I clearly said, a tool you can use to report that person.
Or if you don’t want to report then just use the ignore feature. Pretty simple.
 
This goes back to saying the report feature obviously doesn't work, I shouldn't have to hunt down one person or be ready to ignore someone constantly. Just say you can't do anything if your going to say the same stuff dude.

that staff member-TheDifference gave you astute advice. Since its clear we cant stop him (we=the site, each room) the ignore feature spares you and others him from his doings until hes removed again. Perhaps you could have said thank you and waited for Dating Chat Admin to see if she has anything.

The report feature works perfectly fine. Just because you may not like the outcome of your report doesn’t mean the process doesn’t work. It does.
