Its a privately owned chat room human laws don't mean anything in the wild west known as chat avenue. They may not suppose to but a mod and or admin can mute and kick you just cause they feel like it and I will go further I have never been arrested for unlawful muting or banning and I once tried to kick every single chatter in adult. Mods and admins don't try this because it is a lot tougher than you think to accomplish.

When it comes to matters of rights and free speech, you have none except your right to privacy and only if you don't violate rules/laws.
As some singles ******** will experience soon some of them may potentially get the authorities at their door. Chat Avenue is a privately owned domain. So actions aren’t unlawful UNLESS crimes are reported

Seeing as you have come here to complain about your Ban and not sent me a PM I thought I would answer you here.
I banned you from the room as you have two accounts in the room.
One female as CindyParks registered from 13 10 2022.
One male as jeffstrong37 registered from 27 10 2022.
Both accounts use the same originating IP address.
As you have stated "no i created both accounts before the ban" you seem to be aware of that fact.
As the Difference another mod has so eloquently put it :-
"Also, it’s not a matter of “legality”. If people have multiple accounts with different ages and genders it means they are a liar and a catfish. They are misrepresenting themselves and most of the time they do so to scam or otherwise take advantage of other people. And before anyone says it, yes, I’m aware that a person with only one account can also lie on their profile. That’s not the point."
On review I am not prepared to rescind the ban of both accounts.
