Ho hum, another day another mass shooting. Not much is known about the massacre at the WalMart in Virginia except. multiple fatalities shooter is dead and an ex employee. 500 dollars US says that some of the weapons and or bullets was purchased at that same store.
Really how many more of these take place maybe once a week for a year before sensible gun control is discussed? And it was a WalMart so there were armed people there.
With the current horror occurring in the Ukraine, the world pretty much sucks now.

While I agree with you, I thought Walmart stopped selling firearms. I'll raise your bet and take a bet that the shooter was white and a right winger. You know, the same people who are saying the Club Q shooting happened because there was (not true) "drag queen grooming event". Or that the people who stopped the shooter from retrieving hid AR 15 weren't heroes that Kyle Rittenhouse is a hero even though heroes save lives and don't take them?

I forget the percentage of shootings that went down when assault style weapons were banned, but I think it was in the 60's. These aren't guns purchased illegally, they're obtained legally in nearly every mass shooting but people wanna bring up Chicago instead of providing an easy solution which would be to ban these guns from being purchased or not allow unstable people to buy them.

Lmfao I needed that laugh. The guys disgusting and a sad excuse for a human. The scary part is, it's exactly something he'd think with that logic used in that thread or maybe something like "While I'm not justifying the shooters actions, the victims aren't innocent in this. It takes a lot for someone to want to kill and they probably bullied him and had it coming. You poke the bear enough..."

Boba, You are from Australia right? Australia had a mass shooting and then they decided to do something about it. I know there are sti shooting deaths there but not of the kind we have in the US daily. And in the WalMart shooting it turned out the shooter was employed for years and it would take me one week working at a WalMart before going insane. I know he shot his boss and who among us have not had a boss we have not fantasied sending across that rainbow bridge? This part will get me in trouble but say if I was a chat mod in a room I use to frequent all I could think of is to off the boss well him and maybe Moreno J , Ash and a few others

I am going to call you out on this Squidward , Do whites really care about blacks clustered in one of the worse slum areas? The answer is no. When you right nuts come up with the Chicago diatribe it reflects back to the same issue the availability of guns in the US. A large number living at those slums are convicted felons and by the gun laws we have they should not be allowed to have guns. You deniers always say look at Chicago, they can always get guns on the "black" market WRONG they can buy guns at gun shows, at Academy Sports, Pawn Shops the sources all legal exist. You need to reenlist and drop some bombs on Putin.
 
Since the 1996 Port Authur Massacre, there have only been 2 mass shooting events in Australia. 2018 and 2019.

So Australia's has had a weeks worth of mass shooting in 26 years.

Guns haven't been taken away from Australia, guns have merely been controlled a lot better.

I'm a New Yorker and LMFAO @ the end.
Ash actually called me the r-word, said I'm a paraplegic in a wheelchair and I posted photos of Mr standing so she blocked me. I brought up her obesity because I'm concerned and immediately was met with disgust by the rooms volunteer wannabe therapist "Schism" for fat shaming. Mock the mentally and physically disabled but point out someone whose never turned down second helpings and that's over the line!
 
It turned out the shooter was a overnight team lead which in my view makes it a justifiable shooting spree. I mean ask yourself if you were a team lead or any kind of manager at a WalMart would you have at least thought about doing the same thing?
 
You're placing blame in the wrong area. Its not the object that you should have a problem with. Its not the gun. Another problem you are making is believing that stricter gun laws will achieve what you are looking for. If an individual is willing to take a life I highly doubt they are worried about a law restricting access to a gun.
Secondly I and many many others would be for more strict gun laws if you could point out one enforceable gun law that would stop gun crime. A gun ban or prohibition of fire arms is not the answer.

And I'm going to call you out on this. Do blacks really care about blacks clustered in one of the worse slum areas? No. Lightfoot hasn't done squat except increase the threat to those living in those areas. How is it WHITE stations are the only ones reporting on it? How is it the black community is silent on this? Don't give me your false concern on mass shootings. And your BS "logic" they're actually buying those guns ANYWHERE is a load of crap. You obviously don't do your research.
