I was banned for something I don't t even know about

So I was using my one and only account talking with the bros and a few friends. It was nice. Until later I was kicked for something I didn't even do🤦the message said " you have been kicked for catfishing on female alt account"
I was mad because i only have one account! I asked them why they accused me of using alt account and asked them why they wrongfully kicked me for it. And they ignored me. Then today, I'm chatting nicely and go offline. I come back online and it tells me this: " You have been banned for catfishing on female alt account liah54"
I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO THE F*CK IS LIAH54! and I use one account. That really made me angry cause it's stupid how you pretty much get banned or kicked for nothing.

Mods and admins volunteer their time. Outside of their voluntary work, they have a real life, where they earn real money to pay their real bills, and when they are not at real work, they are with real friends and family and having real sleep.
