[suggestion]
Would it be too much trouble to ask for ADMINS/MODS to acknowledge response to their PMS?
Not asking for updates on what course of action the admin/mods decide to take. Just acknowledgement that they have taken action to your issues.

Often times no response is given and users can not now whether their message has been read and issues already looked into or whether the message has not been read at all. So the user does not now if they should re-address the issue with them or not.

It doesnt cost anything to be transparent. thank you

ADMIN and Mods don't always answer pms. He'll, I've sent proof of doxxing in Singles and he never replied, but banned the user. I don't need a response, just that they've read the complaint and handled it. When they don't read or handle it, take it to the forums because they seem to act on it and discuss it then, but make sure it's serious and has proof to back up the complaint.
 
Well how are you supposed to know they don't read it or handle it smarty pants. Mods aren't required to tell you what actions they took.

When they don't reply and the issue isn't resolved, use the forums. For weeks that guppie BritishandProud was spamming porn gifs in Singles. Nothing was done until five minutes after I made a thread.
 
And HOW DO YOU KNOW if it's resolved or not? The mods aren't required to tell you what action has taken place or tell you if they've taken action

we have several moderators in this thread that say no reply doesn't necessarily mean no action has taken place

Are you arguing just to argue? If the problem persists, then you know it hasn't been resolved.

A user could simply forward proof of whatever (if you think it's unresolved) and send it directly to a room admin, that route yields the best fruit. From what I see of mods on site- in the smaller rooms at least - the staff probably do reply to anything they think they should. The larger rooms it would be quite difficult to reply to everything....

For the more urgent/serious room issues, proof direct to admins inbox is my suggestion.

this thread is Suggestions/Comments/Feedback while I agree it (OP) prob a collateral on one room, it was a site wide suggestion- users seem to want to have their say so no need to close it yet in my opinion anyhow.
