Hey,
I have been in girls chat and lesbian chat but I think what I have to say applies to all here.
Firstly a welcoming environment is very important, now while it is the role of the mods in the room to govern order in their respective rooms, it is also important for the members in the rooms to be equally as welcoming.
In girls chat there are members who for their own reason believe males should not be in the room as its 'girls' chat.
While I understand this point of view it adds a less than welcoming vibe to the room.
Secondly when a member make a foul up with the rules they deserve to be punished (mutes, kicks, bans etc.), however this shouldn't be constantly held against them or held over their head, with the exception of violations of the law ofcourse.
Thirdly I believe a male member has been made a mod in girls chat, I dont fully understand why this is such an issue, I have spoken to the member/mod in person in the past and he seem ok to me.
Lastly I have seen alot of hatred thrown around the site in regards to mods and their performances, my view is the mods just like everyone else are human. They make mistakes, sometimes they get abuse for these mistakes, sometimes they get abuse for doing the right thing.
We need to remember the mods give up their own time to do the work they do here. They deserve not only our thanks but our admiration as it is truly a thankless job, and for the most part they do amazing work.
We should all be thankful to have this community, and all be thankful for each other and the mods.

I'd say nearly 7/10 threads about one of the rooms is about Girls chat. Is it really that bad? When one room gets stale or full of drama, I just leave.
 
Girls Chat is a great room. Perhaps you believe that 7 out of 10 threads are about GC because that's all you see. What she is referring to is the welcoming process in 'both' Girls Chat 'and' Lesbian Chat, and respecting the mods of both rooms for doing what they do. Read.

However, you can’t know if someone is good at their job until you give them a chance to do it. Sometimes we think someone will make a good moderator, we give them a chance and if they aren’t working out they should be removed.

Your second comment about a rapist joining the police is rather hyperbolic and not really a good analogy to this situation.

The fact that you got on your tippy-toes to write a biased reply to my narrative, Only proves my point. Secondly: I didn't break the rules. What you and other "mods" think are bigotry may very well turn out to be the contrary. Is It racist to not like someone for wearing a blue shirt? Also that's framing don't accuse me of breaking the rules I had different accounts on here since 2019 I know how It operates.

Please don't call anyone on here retarded. That is rude. That is uncalled for. Nobody on here is retarded. You should never call anybody retarded. That is very inappropriate. That's not nice to say to anyone. I don't even like that word retarded. And you're not supposed to say the R word either. You really need to please watch your mouth. I totally agree with you 100% that Craig was the only one being abusive. He had no right to say what he said. I made a :-( sad face on your post I put the sad face because it's sad when people get abused. I've actually been abused in real life by exes. That's why I'm not with them anymore. I do not like anyone to abuse anyone on here or me. Or in real life. Abuse is terrible. Some people on here so harsh, cruel, unkind, rude, and much more worse. I can't believe what I read sometimes. It's very sad. I'm sorry somebody treated you badly on here.
