I shall now reply to every part of Karina's post in my thread. The thread has been closed by her presumably to suppress opposing views and stifle debate.
"Okay so as youre already back in the room and the kick is over, Ill explain what actually happened after speaking to the moderator who issues the kick.
Its is not racist to wish not to speak with somebody. Racism is degrading someone or saying they are less than when it comes to their race which nobody said anything like that. Also, you seemed to have just been spouting off at the mouth towards numerous users and refused to stop."
Refusing to speak to somebody for their race or national origin is indeed racist. You are trying to sugarcoat it by calling it racism but discriminating against people for their race which is something they cannot control is racism. Painting all members of a nation with the same brush is racism. When you block someone for being Indian, you are implying that being Indian is undesirable and that they were born the wrong way. Why else would someone have "no Indians" in their bio if they believed that Indians were just like any other set of human beings? It is degrading.
I was never asked to stop. I did not even receive a warning before being kicked. I did not target numerous users. I only called out two users without using transgressive language and only because they had "no Indians" in their bio. I can't stress this enough. "This user is a racist. Read their bio" is all that I said.
"If someone wishes not to interact with someone, that is their right. There were no derogatory remarks made about any persons race. Same goes for myself, people are allowed to state they dont wish to speak with a trans person. Stating that is not bigotry, its preference."
I have addressed this argument above though I wonder why it isn't my right to call out bigots. I told you, Karina, that it is difficult to defend your stance without looking like a bigot and here you have stated that you consider discrimination against trans people to be acceptable. Well, I don't. All forms of bigotry ought to be eschewed. People should be judged on an individual basis and treated accordingly and not snubbed because of their immutable characteristics.
"When youre asked to stop trolling and making things up, you need to listen and go on about your day."
Again, I was never asked to stop and received no warnings. I did not make anything up. The two users had "no Indians" in their bio and my post even asked the reader to read their bios for proof.
"Lastly, we do not tolerate actual racism, that is gross. However as I stated, preference is bot racism. Another thing to remember is this should be reported to a staff member if you believe something violates a rule. Although going down the line and calling 6 random people a racist is trolling and poor behavior on your part."
Here, you have redefined racism so it's just your word/opinion against mine at this point and I can't truly refute this. I did want to bring it to the attention of a staff member. That's why I posted in forums. I was too upset to wait for longer than 30 minutes. Now, you're the one making things up. I only called out two users and only because they had "no Indians" in their bio. Nothing random about it.
"As the kick is up, there isnt anything else to to be said.
