Banned for spam but I wasn't spamming?

The account that is banned is the username: Pumpkin

This was in the adult chat.

I was talking to one person via private messages when all of a sudden I was banned for spam. I don't know if I was typing too fast but I hope this can be rectified?

So the admins know which adult is this, adult mobile or PC?
 
To the OP: I found your username in the Adult Chat Mobile room. This is a System ban that was probably an error. @foreverman will be the one to assist you with this. If I see him I’ll let him know about this and he can assist you.

Hi, I've just been banned again for spam. I think one of the words I have been using is being flagged up as spam but it's a common word, nothing that is sensored and I have used the word before tons of times in convos this past year.

I have only been talking in private messages, I haven't been posting in the main chats at all.
