Falsely banned plus rude and unprofessional Administrator

I attempted to buy VIP for a user in Teen chat to make their day because they said that's all they wanted, my account was set to be deleted anyway, and I thought it would be nice to do for a complete stranger. At first my card failed because I had to turn on international purchases, so an admin messaged me, which is understandable. This admin was simply named Administrator and was extremely rude and combative from the start, when I tried to ask questions they immediately began swearing at me, and when they told me to reply to the receipt that this was my card I had copied and pasted not realizing that wouldn't work, how was I to know that? They called my email username "stupid" and demanded another account, but that email is the website where my debit card and my account was connected, so I refused. I couldn't care less about being unbanned, but I don't think any admin should get away with being rude and aggressive when all I did was ask questions until I got upset at the constant rudeness. unprofessionalism. They also called me a "pervert" in my ban reason, and I never mentioned or suggested anything remotely sexual. The card was NOT fraud, I just didn't know I had to have international purchases turned on. Here's the ban screen. Do better with your staff!

It is how it works, just because he decided to update the response doesn't make him a good owner. Anybody could take his place and the fact that he hires people who back up his rudeness is even more reason this website is so awful, maybe he should get the kiddie porn traders off the site before attacking random site users for a simple mistake

I don't even want my account back, I just don't think any employee should be allowed to act this way, owner or not. You say you don't allow admins to abuse their power, but he's the biggest admin of them all and he doesn't even follow his own rule. It's sad!
