Please Help. cant create new accoung

I deleted my accoung in October, but still cant create a new account. i ge the massage "Please enter valid Mail Adress" . i tried it with 3 different adresses. till now i cant create an account

Have you tried using an email from a different provider like G؜mail? Also, what room is this in?
