The way issues are being dealt with

I guess Ill comments since my name was brought up in this thread.

The vast majority of threads that get closed are A.) Spam complaints threads, meaning a solution was given on the topic or at least a way forward and the user decides to just keep posting about the same exact thing over and over. B.) Something that simply cant be handled by anyone other than CM. Hes more than likely not going to reply to tags in threads. So threads made where he is the ONLY one who can do anything, its pointless to go on and on about said issue.

A policy I believe to be important, is making sure the issue can be talked about in the room. With things Ive personally dealt with, I have absolutely zero issue with a ******** PMing me in the room to further discuss the matter on hand. Whether that be a 5 minute conversation or an hour long, personally I dont mind.

At the end of the day its at the room admins discretion on how he or she wants complaints dealt with and it seems Amaisey is open to suggestions and conversation so that would be a good starting point for us all 🙂
 
@flame_song wants complaints to be private messsaged to her cuz shes a lazy worthess admin, that want to ignore any issues and lie so mods are right. She is so lazy her banner still has bento signing at the end of it. Flame Song would be fired long ago. If chat master micromanaged a lil more.

Perhaps that's the way she prefers to handle issues. I'm sure she's not alone in that. After all, it's her room to Admin. It's very childish to resort to name calling because she, or any Admin, prefers to handle issues in pm rather than out in public for all to see, and how they handle affairs is really none of your business. You're barely out of being banned from the forum and already starting drama. It's sad that you only ever have negative things to say about the staff of the rooms that you frequent. Perhaps you would not have the stress that you do if you just didn't go there. What a concept! But I guess that makes too much sense.

I am stating my experience with her. She lies and grasp at straws and twist facts so her mods are always right. She feels awkard when mods say contradictory stuff cuz then she actually has to make a call or avoid ansswering which she does more then answers. I like Lesbian Chat hence i go there. I can like ******** at a room and dislike a lazy admin. I like plenty of mods i dont mention them often cuz then im seen as a kiss ass.

But if i dont mention them in forums you can assume i like them or are indifferent with them. Like Jess is a nice mod, Simplya Karina is fair and into cool music and cool hobbies, Mango and namless im indifferent with. I dont have anything to negative to say about them. Amaisey is trying to do the best job she can, .... in les chat i like Rae Rae and Browneyes. I am indefrernt with Lupine and im ok with sweetheart. So i dont have an issue with all mods or admins. just the ones that are shitty at the positions

As she's the Lesbian Chat Admin, why don't you state your experience with her on the Lesbian forum and see how that goes?

As for the topic at hand - issues should be dealt with privately if they have been privately reported. It's as simple as that. And just like any other organisation, there should be updates and follow-ups from both parties to track the progress of a resolution. What I don't like is seeing ******** harass and abuse mods on main like "what are you doing about 'x'?". It doesn't exactly give one a chance to save face if the mods or admin were to come straight out with a totally legitimate answer that one may not like, does it? What if, upon further digging, it turns out that you've misinterpreted or the problem is with you? The fact of the matter is that we are 'users' and due to the limitations of user accounts, we can't see all the details, we don't know the full story and we are told these things on a strictly need-to-know basis, which is the way it should be. It is that way to protect everyone.
If you don't like something, you should be reporting it.
If you've reported something you don't like, accept the fact that you may not know everything there is to know behind the issue and be prepared for any outcome. But don't be disheartened if there is no outcome - it could just be that there's not enough to go on. Just keep reporting, following up and following mod instructions, because believe it or not some of them actually have a pretty good handle on things.
And if you REALLY don't like how something is being handled? Just log off. Report it to an external authority if it's really that bad. But be aware that they would just liaise with CM, mods and Admin here who can provide more info, of which they may just not have yet.

While I'm here, can I say what a blessing the Ignore feature is?
I would really like to use it more, if only it were a more powerful and effective tool.
Speaking of tools, lets circle back around to Corey for a minute - Bruh, no one asked who you like and dislike, this forum isn't your diary so please stop treating it that way. In a place that seems to draw people from all walks of life and all countries of the world who all seem to be working through some tough **** in their everyday lives, I'd like to see you start saying **** that isn't distasteful and downright fucking insensitive, that appeals to someone other than yourself for once in your life - particularly in a fucking GIRLS ONLY room where you aren't exactly welcome in the first place and even more so now at this point. Get your head out of your arse or I will double down on calling your bullshit out on main.
The difference is that when I take it too far and get kicked, I'm not going to cry about it like the children you should be spending your time raising instead of being a twat on a girls chat room (does your significant other know you're here?!).

Zombi you are right a perfect example of this was the treaty of Versailles after WWI and look what happened after, it's back room deals that corrupt people and make us as a species one of the worst things ever
 
I think people are taking an online chatroom a tiny bit too seriously. Take some breaks from the chat, that's what I do. Works wonders.

The issue is not ones reported privately that is as it should be, the issue is for along time now issues brought up publicly and being shut down and forced to be done privately, some issues have been just completely shut down and not dealt with in an appropriate way. I am just saying if an issue is brought up publicly we ought to deal with it out in the open.

I am talking about issues brought up on forums not in the room itself.

UM for what, close the thread? I think its been an okay thread so far but if one of them sees something making it worth closing then they will. So far its staying on track, at least in my opinion.

No bad happened, haha. As long as people are respectful and just inquiring about procedure or concerns, I dont see anything wrong with open discussion. The UM's do a good job and if they see something out of place, they will let us know.
