On Going failure to act in Girls Chat chatter safety put at risk

I need to make a public complaint about action not being taken in Girls Chat upon certain members there who most reasonable people would feel should be banned for such actions.

Because of the length time and nature of the situation will be a relatively long post and a number of screen shots. This is not a one off issue but an ongoing concern that shows no sign of stopping.

Firstly last year when working for this site as a mod I was doxed by the chatter who is a known troll and formerly banned for sexually harassing a minor Maks. Please see attached screen shots that had been passed on before but never acted upon by our Admin. As a matter of fact she has even told people I am lying about this situation. The result of this is my family had to take steps for my and their safety.

.More recently we had a chatter BetterThanYou (known as BurntPizza here) using veiled threats of doxing through asking Maks about someones IP....it at the time was clear to all it was aimed at me. Please see attached screen shots.

Next screen shot is Maks clearly admitting to doxing and saying he would do it again, once again this is an ongoing threat. Please see attached screen shots

Finally we have Maks and BetterThanYou discussing spamming, that the room would be better off dead etc and Maks talking about making spam bots for the room.

Chatmaster I wont go further into the trouble both these ******** deliberately cause for the room on pretty much a daily basis. The doxing and threats alone really should be cause for bans. I call for you to take action and ban these individuals forever. They bring nothing good and only put people off from joining the room. Please help us in this matter.

Something has to be done .Amaisey seems to keep her head buried in the sand over these two imbeciles , the more ******** complain the less she does , mods from other rooms just encourage the behavior when they see it posted in the forums ,like its one big pity party for them
To say it makes many girls uncomfortable is to put it lightly, they feel like what the point of saying anything no one takes the seriously , honestly is this how we want future generations of women to feel? just there to be ridiculed ? not to be taken seriously? what sort of message are we sending them?

No one wants to feel unworthy of being heard , of not having the right to feel safe ,please chatmaster take heed of us all

Yes and yes. Maks was originally banned for sexual harrassment of a minor he has no morale where it comes to those underaged. Him being in India has made it hard for action to be taken, but we have people who are still working on it.
 
We had a similiar case back when I was in Teen Chat where one of our mods got harassed from a guy we refer to as “The porn site guy”. He takes peoples pictures posts them on porn sites the black web etc. Our mod who was from India tried reporting this to the Authorities and the response they got back wasn’t good. Anyways I’m not going to ramble on. BUT my views on Maks I’ve publically displayed many times. What he does isn’t good or right. I’ve seen the girls chat team mute/kick/ban this chatter on many names
 
This is literally chat’s worst kept secret. I’m shocked nothing has been done yet to stop this from happening again. As for Corey jumping on the bandwagon, that man is truly pathetic.

@ZombiUnicornis I’m glad you’re taking steps away from chat to resolve this issue. Hopefully this post spurs people into action on the site too

Did this Indian mod report to the Indian authorities?

The Indian embassy in the UK can help with that as they’re all commonwealth countries hence why Maks is under investigation.
 
All I can say is if/when I see this stuff I will remove that piece of trash from the room. There are also other things hes done recently, which are believe it or not worse than this, being looked into. Ill also continue attempts at the legal route. As @DynamicDylan said though, India doesnt give the best replies but they do seem to at least listen. At least to the point Ive never received a "No we dont care" response. Keeping the users and site safe is our job.

In that case, since you already tagged TheChatmaster, and this thread is where he will see it- please refer all admin complaints to him as is the policy here.

edit : yes your post was read. It wasn't clear to me if were complaining about an admin, you said about "actions not taken" ie you want someone banned-- and asked CM to do it. your thread was then moved to here where it could be seen -and commented on more, (in an effort to help you) then you said it was a " staff complaint " after it was moved. And right above now it's an admin complaint ?^ As I said you need to take it to TheChatmaster.
