"Catfish" Ban - Unlisted Rule

Recently, I was banned twice for two hours for "catfish" and having multiple accounts. However, there is no rule listed. I feel this is unfair since there are many ******** that use photos that are not theirs as well as have multiple accounts. Additionally, my profiles are meant for roleplay and not created with the intent to deceive.

  • Which room were you kicked/banned from?
    • Gay Chat
  • Are you complaining about a kick or a ban?
    • Yes, the rule is not listed on either the forum rules listed here, or the rules under the chat window.
  • What was the reasongiven for the kick/ban?
    • "Catfish. Stick to one account. I’d recommend sticking to your VIP account. HUNG4ROLEPLAY: Age 31. Hung Thuggg: Age 19. BlueCollarJack 325. Ages and pics different on each profile."
  • How long was the kick/ban for?
    • 2 Hours
  • Why do you feel the kick/ban was not justified?
    • Neither a rule about "catfish" nor "Multiple Accounts" is listed anywhere on the rules.
  • Date and approx. time of kick/ban:
    • January 28th, around 6pm, and January 29th around 11am
  • Do you know the name of the Moderator/Admin that kicked/banned you?
    • Unknown

@Chopper or one of his mods will help you before long.
 
OP, maybe you could try mentioning that your profile is for roleplay and the ages and pics aren't real on your bios? That could help to avoid confusion.

if you are a VIP and your VIP account has been Banned, then that would have been the owner of the site as the owner is the only one that can ban VIP accounts, and they are not renown for unbanning.

Well it was just temporary for the 2 hours, so maybe it was just a "kick". Unsure the verbiage but I get it.

Thanks for the well drafted complaint. Actually it is a kick for 2hrs and not a ban.

Roleplaying (within the rules) is fine - your HUNG4ROLEPLAY account makes it clear you’re a 31yr old roleplayer but you have multiple accounts where people are under the impression they’re talking to a 19yr old, a 31yr old, or a 48yr old, depending on which profile you’re using.

You’re deceiving other ******** about who you are, not to mention the pics you had on the other 2 profiles which are stolen from others and which IS a bannable offence - the owner has banned people for doing just that.

Stop catfishing. Stick to your main profile - make it your only account be happy you didn’t sustain a ban for your previous offences.

I appreciate the response, but I am still a bit concerned as to what is really against the rules? Again, I have stated that MANY other people in the chat consistently use photos that can be considered "stolen" even though they are simply found on ****** images. Why is it that there is no rule specifically stating this about images and/or "catfishing"? Also, why is nobody else receiving kicks for using other "stolen" images as you say and seems to just be me? I have PMed Chopper but have not received a response. After speaking with another mod in-chat, I was told to create a thread here. I'm sure Chopper is busy, but it does seem pretty unfair to be held to a rule that is not listed anywhere and seems to not be held to anyone else (as I can name at least 15 other ******** online at any moment, that are using "stolen" photos and a quick ****** reverse image search can prove that.)

Even to go to the extreme and prove a point, your avatar here in the forums is an image from ****** and visible on many other websites, would that be considered "stolen" as well and should be kicked from that chat?
