Good afternoon Fat MotherTruckers,

It’s a new year, and people have set new goals. One of those goals which are extremely common are weight loss. This weight loss goal usually last 1-2 months and then you see the gyms empty again by the end of February. I’m here to motivate your fat ass to keep on working, keep on moving, and reach your goal.

Post your weight loss journeys since the begging of 2023.

Initial weight, and what you are at now (pictures would be recommended as well)

Other stats that will also be helpful is your height and BMI. (If you know it)

I’ll give you free weight loss advice as needed. And some rough motivation. (Im a certified fitness coach/personal trainer/nutritionist).

Time to keep you fattys accountable. No more Mr.Nice guy and let’s turn some of that mush into muscle. (Judgement free zone…NOT).

Serious question for you. How would you calculate someone’s calories for the day? For example I am 5’2, 161 pounds so my bmi is about 29-30.
Do you use their BMR/TDEE or what do you use to find out their calories. Do you believe in macros?
My macros for the day that I try to hit are:
155g protien
136g carbs
43g fat
1,600ish calories.
When you said stuff on my picture I posted it seems to me like you tell people to get on an extremely low calorie diet, so I’m just curious.
