abuse of moderator status, favoritism

i would like an explanation as to why things like these https://imgur.com/a/LuVtGoy went by without mutes or kicks, yet ******** that aren't "friends" with the staff are persecuted

i'd like to know why moderators like no feels constantly discuss marijuana, mushrooms and so on, and that's okay if they are engaging in it

there was a 17 y old being harassed 2 days ago, constantly by a guest, moderator were there, discussing tattoos and ignored it for half an hour... no mute or kick. I have plenty of screenshots of it, please do not close the thread, thanks

i like him personally, but disagree with some of his choices, he also has very little control over what his appointed moderators do
