Banned for alt account

I just tried to log into chat avenue teen chat, and for some reason it is claiming i created an account to bypass bans. from my knowledge I only have one account on chat avenue, and the username is yourlocalmartiann. attached below is a screenshot of what I'd logged in to see.

Annie is right. If the site admin banned you, only site admin or TheChatmaster can reverse it. @Chatmaster good luck
