Kicked for Being a “Known Perv” Without Proof

I’m a regular guest and have been for a few months in Teen Chat under the name of “HelpingHand.” I regularly appear and often am seen posting about being there to be an outlet for anyone who’s having trouble in life the best I can. Often, for no reason, I am kicked for seemly being a pedophile or perverted even though I have openly said I can prove that I am 17, study psychology, go to highschool, and do exactly what I say to do which is talk to people about their problems and offer a temporary outlet for people to voice their thoughts. Currently I am kicked for two hours with the reason provided as “Known Perv” by Shattered after having Fallingxstarz and Shilah 18 trying to convince people I must be a pedophile when I’ve mentioned my background, my intentions, and people Ive already spoken to. I want to know what I have actually done that shows that I have some kind of sexual intention or wrong intention with anyone I speak to. I’ve even spoken to previous mods such as Qwerty. I am a moderator, admin, and even owner/co-owner on various discord servers that have over 1000k members as well has have developed over 20-30 different servers that serve all kinds of purposes including a place that serves as an asylum for anyone who’s looking for a safe place to voice their emotions. I don’t see how it is any fair to kick me after I have done little to nothing to show that I’m here with malicious intentions and instead have done everything i show that I am here for everything but that, which is to hangout and help those who need helping.

You understand the amount of people that post messages just like you, then are found to be telling users to off themselves or perform sexual acts upon minors and other peoples. Considering you post the same exact message every day and are found by most to be considered a weird user. I don’t think my mistake was as crazy as you find it to be. False kick? Sure. I apologize on my behalf. And i can assure you it wont happen again. But this post in and of itself is quite dramatic. Thanks.
 
I appreciate your response to my original post. However, I can confidently say that what you stated is simply an excuse commonly made on this chat forum. Being somebody that has had over 1,000 various interactions with predators of all ages. A simple message is not enough basis to prevent, address, or persecute users, especially when there is no proof. Dramatization would be about trying to punish you for such an action but that is not what this is about. The reasoning for rules, evidences, and actions is of most importance as rather than punishing the good and the bad, it protects everyone equally and is a good way to address those of malice while protecting the good. I appreciate your efforts in attempting to keep people safe but without understanding the full story was the mistake. It is important to fully understand what was going on, you looked at one message rather than seeing what else I was saying. You never looked to see that everything I said only backed my desire to help people and that is what lead to this forum post. Thank you for your time and understanding.
 
I’m not gonna read all of ur post cuz I’m sorry but it’s too long. I do not represent teen chat but I’m sure u have been kicked from boys chat before or someone with that name has. Here is why we do not allow people with names or intent that u are claiming. The name (Helping hand) this is in chat is almost 💯 of the time intended to mean sextual help. Despite what u say u intended or want us to believe it comes across inappropriate. Then there is your intent you say u want to help people who are having issues. This is not a counselling centre and although you may be genuine and want to assist some, 90% of people that proclaim what u claim are groomers. And try to come across as a person of trust. my suggestion is change the name to not look like it has any intent of luring and come here to chat not look for emotionally vulnerable people.

To address this part of your original post... If you are an owner, co-owner, administrator, and moderator of multiple Discord servers that exist to be "a safe place to voice emotions," why are you on Chat Avenue? You already have a venue for this oh so generous work of yours with nothing but good intentions, so why are you here when there are "over 1000k members" who have already signed up for you to "be an outlet" when they're "having trouble." You might have had your kick lifted this time for pedo / perv, but if you're seen promoting Discord servers or recruiting ******** to talk there in any way, I would imagine that your ban will come swiftly.

If I break a rule, go ahead and ban me. I know the rules and I know I have not broken any of them thus is the reason I am here. Also, just because I have servers and places people talk doesn’t mean I can’t also be somewhere else and talk to more people; again I am not here to advertise, to harm, or to persuade others in any manner. I am only here to get to know people and talk to them and help anyone anyway I can. You mentioned Discord first, so if you didn't find it relevant to the issue, you shouldn't have mentioned it in the first place. Clearly you're worried about being banned and you took the time to talk about your Discord servers, so I felt mentioning that you could be banned for having influence on Chat Avenue ******** chatting on your Discord servers to be applicable.

Also, @DynamicDylan is trying to help you 🤦. You were engaging with a chatter that was derailing your tread and he was instructing said chatter to stop, and was bringing the conversation back to the topic at hand by mentioning the Teen Chat admin. I think the word you're looking for is thank you.

I don’t see the problem and Im sure you can be a cool guy; but i’ve never once interacted with you nor have i seen you around so how would i be impersonating somebody i’m completely unaware of? Nor have i ever tried to say i’m a mod or admin here so there’s that as well. Still a comical moment.

I am not a perv at all, I don’t understand where you get off on telling people blatant lies. Yeah there’s a bunch of bad people on there, but that doesn’t mean everyone has the same messed up morals and thoughts. I’m here because I like talking to people and I like helping people find ways to cope when they don’t have access to social outlets or professional therapy. I’ve never sent any photos, videos, gifs, whatever because 1) I’m a guest 2) I’m not looking to do anything negative to anyone. Just because you have had a negative experience does not mean you can defame others. This isn’t about personal experience or person bias, this is about the fact that I am only here to help people and talk to them. That’s that, I do not care of you think it’s strange, sketchy, or weird. Believe it or not there’s still people in the work that wants to help others without anything in return.

And I’ve just realized, aren’t you the kid who keeps calling me a pedo in dms telling me to kill myself or to die. Funny how you remain in this chat room after the times i’ve reported you. If you can’t handle the fact that you don’t run the world, then that is on you, not me.
