Banned for no reason

Been banned for spamming for no reason.
I didn't make a single post in the room.
I was ina private chat and suddenly got a ban screen.

Just wait for them to log in and they will look into the issue/problem.

Make sure you gave her the username you were under during the time of your ban. You can even screenshot your profile to her so she can find it and help you.

(Some people use different usernames on forums and chatrooms.)

P. S. I looked and found your name. You were in Desktop not Mobile. This is a system ban, meaning a word or combination of words triggered the system filter to ban you. You have no history of prior violations so the admin should be able to clear this up for you when they are able.

I gave the right name. This is why I mentioned it.
I can not make a screen shot since I can not log in anymore.
I have an email that confirmed my registration about a month ago.
