Hi everyone.

I've made this thread after noticing Hawke in Boys Chat abuse his position several times: kicking people he doesn't like over small things like swearing while letting his friends stay even if their behavior is completely inappropriate, like grooming and corrupting minors. He doesn't have the ability to be impartial, therefore he doesn't have the ability to moderate fairly.

Please share your stories of Hawke abusing his position as I think it's time these stories are brought together.
 
We all spend all our time focusing on kicking the pedo and racist ******** from chat. Then we focus on the sexually inappropriate ******** but for some reason we have ton of mini mods that love to pollute chat with drama and accusations of who they feel we miss instead of reporting it. The flooding and arguing over offences that have no proof and don’t get reported consumes the time we have to remove what’s needed. These people do not help chat they make it worse by pulling the spot light to themselves leaving us no choice but to act accordingly to be able to go back to our primary focus.
@Apollo @Chopper @Ness_eb @foreverman i think @NorCal would want this closed till he can reply to prevent more drama.

If you're referring to the incident today with me:

Hawke asked me for proof and I did show him proof. But he disregarded it because he felt that an 18-year-old was too young to be a pedophile and that it was just an online chat. However, this is not in alignment with the rules of the site which are against inappropriate chat with minors. Hawke is not only refusing to enforce the rules but he also kicked me when I called him biased - since it was his friend who was the accused. The point is that he disregarded the primary focus due to personal biases and was too thin-skinned to handle the feedback.

The biggest problem is that he has done this before. He has been very biased in his moderation style and very thin-skinned. He is not upholding the most important rules of this site while penalizing people for offending him even when they haven't broken any rules. He is not moderator-material at all.
