It’s been lagging badly all week, which is usually a good opportunity for the mod team to lecture us to do something else with our lives. This is a necessity for the mods, given the site’s insane owner can’t trouble himself to ever acknowledge the pitiful serfs who visit the site (and therefore there is never any explanation or fix of the issues, so in lieu of a directive from Big Brother, the mods must rely on admonishing the site users for wanting to visit the site.)

Believe it or not the room admins do communicate with upper management and do provide feedback to them on how the site is running and when there are lag issues.
I personally have not “admonished” or “lectured” users. But I have had conversations with people about other things they can do when the site is lagging. And those things apply to users and staff.
