Ban evasion? Without being banned?

Why do I keep getting kicked for ban evasion when I’m not even ban? Plus this happen right after I reported Amanda77 for telling me I should go kill my self. WTF?

But I’ve been in chat half the evening and as soon as I report that user like 5sec later I was banned. Was what she said not reportable?
 
It was my mistake. A user has a similar username as you and i thought you were them. BoyIntoGirlsClothes is a known pedophile and i may of thought you were them when i saw the username and the context of pms. Amanda has been requested for ban already so..

You agin? Ok even tho we bumped heads befor I still think it cool you stand up to admit something Thank You butterflies.
