Again I was banned for no reason. How can I prevent this?

This is what it has said all 4 times I have been banned.
"You have been banned from this site. You cannot enter !"

I was just able to log in and then after a couple minutes the screen went blue and says "Test ban"

A test ban is worse than a standard ban. It’s almost impossible to overturn a test ban. Soz bro

Last time it was a "Test Ban". What does that even mean? Why does this keep happening?
I’ll let Lis explain more but basically if someone is getting a banned notice when they try and log in but they are not showing up as banned when staff look at your account, the admin can ban you then quickly unban you and sometimes that will fix the glitch.

You seem to get banned an awful lot without actually being banned.
Have you tried clearing your cookies/cache/history when it happens? If not, try that next time and it might fix it
