Well in all seriousness - many from staff are just assholes to some specific people and can't make a difference between being a moderator, vs. being a chatter who is having problem with somebody. They walk on the edge of rules and instead of following them - they use them. Yeah, I think it is not quality material ... but it is not paid job so ... we shouldn't have huge expectations.

The only moderator I observe to completely not give a fawk about rules is @Chaos_NoPMs .

With her we have this term "instigating drama", and @DynamicDylan rather made it a rule, instead of making Chaos to comply with rules // or de-mod her.
