Banned from boys chat with no reason

Yesterday when I went to log in to the boy chat and it said I was banned but it didn’t give a reason for this action to occur. What happened?
 
Please let us know your username in Boys Chat. The Boys Chat admin is @NorCal and he will be along as time allows to look into this for you, once he knows your username.
 
Sorry for the delayed response. I have checked and your account is clean no history not banned. Can you please tell us exactly what it says when u go to log in ?
 
Of course! In bold it says “You are banned” and then below that it says “You have been banned from this chat. You cannot enter.”
 
You are not banned per say but he is right there must be a vpn on ur phone or that u are attempting to long in through. It does not ban u it revokes u from entering as long as ur attempting to log in through that vpn.

U have no history but says you joined or tried today according to ur last seen.

Lol User is already online... most likely the ban glitch.
