So I just tried to log into my VIP account on Video Chat and it keeps telling me there is no such username in the database. I have had VIP for awhile now and never had an issue until now. Also if I try to log in as a guest with my username it says its taken so it still is a VIP account. Please help, I would like to be able to get back into my account
