One point which I think is good is that all kicks should list mod and should have a reason given. Also it would be great and it might exist already but there to be a list of kicks and reasons etc.
I am not against a mod in hiding though but if you kick someone your name should be on the kick page.

Um they do in the kick/ban history , well they did when i was Admin .
