Kicked because of someone being angry?

KCR #4 - Offensive behavior

Under these rules, the person named "pman" broke three rules.

In screenshot number two, as you can see that a user named "pman" threatened to exploit the room. He made false accusations about @Sascho and the moderator deleted it. According to the rules it stated, "false accusations, or any other kind of accusations/rumors that cannot be proven to be true, are not allowed." So, why was he not removed? This is a clear violation of the chat rules, and yet you did not take any action to stop him. In fact, you blamed me for causing chaos and told me drop it while forcing me to private message you. I told you to go to @ShadowHawk as I don't have history of kicks and yet, you said "don't dig in your grave" towards me.

In another screenshot you talked about "following" rules seemingly to me. I learned that you broke the chat rules yourself by double logging. The admin @ShadowHawk caught you warned you about it.

Finally, I want to know why you kicked me and my friend out of the chat room without any warnings or explanations. No warns and no mute. Direct kick. I private messaged you and you said, "dw about it." @ShadowHawk was already in the room and I asked him. He said he warns before doing any action. We did not break any rules or cause any trouble. You acted unfairly and impulsively, and I suspect that you did it out of anger or personal dislike.

First complaint that I didn't want, but @Quil might be notified.

Edit: Also, forgot to mention you spammed my private messages awhile ago and kept sending me friend requests.

Ok i didnt want to get involved but you have either misconstrued what he said or just straight up ignored it, the "dont dig your own grave" bit was because you were still going in about it after he had told you to drop it. Even afterwards he told you to go to dms to discuss it, you didnt do that. Instead you continued to post about it in main.

It quite clearly says you were instigating a fight, and this is how it seemed, if that wasnt your intent then i get it but from the outside looking in, it seemed as if you were trying to cause chaos and start fights.

And the whole ban thing with pman, even if he was banned, Vital clearly didnt know, and yet you still tried to mini mod and micro manage, even if that wasnt your intent thats what you did

And btw, the screenshots are all there and all the mods can scroll up no matter how many witness. Proof and logs will appear somehow in the admin panel system.
