are you accessing chat from work?public library? internet that you do not control/pay for? you may be getting caught in the filter they have put in place to deny access to this website.

are you using vpn? using a vpn is forbidden. admittedly the system chat-avenue has in place to weed out vpns is a bit lax, leaving users some access but not all. or sometimes access but not every time. sometimes allowing access for short periods of time.

are you a rejoined/remade user? if so, and youve broken rules previously on a different name and received a site ban, you need to talk directly to @Chatmaster
