Banned from chat avenue sex chat for spamming

How do I get unbanned? I honestly had no idea sharing my Skype profile would get me banned. I had to make this new account to get help with my actual account.

Please let us know your username (not email address 🙂) so @SassieFrazz can look into your ban. It sounds like the spam ban filter got you, which basically recognizes text that isn't allowed and places bans accordingly. Staff here are unpaid volunteers and she'll address this as time allows.
