I keep getting a ban message and can't log in. This makes the 6th time in a couple months. The mods claim it says I'm not banned but I can log in after talking with them except for this last time. They said to contact tech support this time.

Hi,
Unfortunately there isn’t a “tech support” department of IT geniuses who are dedicated to solving technical issues 😂. It’s basically just a different section of the same forums, with the same people who were helping you in the other section. But we are dedicated to help you get this resolved. The last I saw in the other section you were able to access the chat room. Still all good?

if the staff told you that then perhaps it's something @Chatmaster might want to look at. here is some info that might help (not sure if I gave you this before)

If you see ban screen without any reason it doesn’t mean you’re banned. It means your IP is blocked until you’ve changed it and refreshed your page. Some of the reasons why your IP might be blocked:
  • You’re using a VPN - the sites are blocking these. Often used in attempts to bypass bans and other suspicious activities
  • Your country or state is blocked and/or it’s blocking the site
  • An alternate account of yours has been banned
  • The host might be blacklisted
  • A bug. Try clearing history/cache
Once you’ve managed to solve the issue, your history won’t be affected. These temporary bans never show up in history. Sometimes there’ll be an automated kick instead, these won’t be included in history either.

However, anyone caught using VPN without a proper reason might get dealt with, kicked or banned.

To resolve this, message the room admin of the room you’re banned in with your IP Address ready to have them see the proper reason of the ban or to resolve any glitched/unknown reason for the ban page.
 
Just contact @Chatmaster lol. It's his site, I'm sure he'll help you out @OhioMichael54 but Samwise answer is good too. Now, if I were you, use a different device. Period. Or restart your device. Because my developer friend said that, repeat glitch bans are not normal. Sooo yeah, Good luck.

Sorry for no response, I was able to log on until tonight. It says I am banned again. I tried restarting the laptop but that didn't help. This is getting really frustrating.
