It’s not the VIPS it’s some of the mods… the room has lost so many of the good mods now. I’ve heard all about it and some of the putrid mods have singled them out, other good mods were let go for no reason (AB and hireath) … needs a clean out

You missed the point.

There is always discontent when there is a new admin.

Admins hands are tied because VIPs are protected.
 
Unfortunately, things do need to change in there, here are a few:

* complaints need to be listened to and acted on accordingly. Yes there is going to be complaints that are legitimate and some that aren’t, just trolls being trolls. But they still need to be acted upon and heard.

* The rules need to be changed, they’re not clear in some of them.

* Admin needs to be more active in the room, to address complaints and even just talk to ********

* ******** really need to be treated like human beings, rather than just seen as trolls.


The only reason people actually liked me is because I spent time getting to know ********. General chit chat went a long way.

The only time I saw Dylan come in, he was either quiet or just had a go at people. He’s barely there, doesn’t read or act on complaints, I even sent him direct complaints from myself to his DM which got ignored but partake in a thread about someone being wanted by girls? That’s not the kind of admin that should be had.

I like Dylan as a person, I’ve known him for years. I’m sorry he’s having a bad time with his mental health and current situation he’s in. However, my point stands:

if you don’t have time to admin a room, step away so someone can come in and handle the room.

Also , Dylans been Admin for a fair while now and is active less and less , first it was College , then his "job" then his social life and now mental health , hmmm , a case of can't be arsed now i think .

unfortunately I’m getting that vibe too. I don’t think he wants this responsibility, if he did, he wouldn’t be taking his time to do it.

yes, but i am not the easy way. i dont make it or keep it a secret that the 2 of us don't see eye to eye all the time. cm wants the easy way so that he continue not to be present. theres 4 of us still around (at least) that have been there since its literal separation from adult chat that can tell anyone who asks, singles is its own living being. its not like any other room on this site. you cant just throw new things, new people new anything at it and expect it to be ok. it will explode/implode on itself.

He's a retired fire fighter. You're jobless, live with your dad and couldn't even last for two years at your weed dispensary cashier job. You have an account in every room, you harass people despite blocking them. Just say you're mad because you were once banned in Singles but it was lifted when PR was fired, but you were KOS still.
 
As long as VIPs are insulated and protected by Chatmaster for financial gain the issues will remain unresolved. Creeps and trolls like Corey buy VIP for known pedophiles and spammers and doxxers. Creeps who constantly disrupt rooms and harass ******** yet they can’t be banned. Chatmaster if you’re listening this policy is going to come back and bite you in the ass as people are either leaving or not buying VIP anymore. Let the mods and admins do they’re jobs and clean up the rooms.

Even if he approves it, you know dnlamn well there will be angry people flooding the forums about you even if you were to be a flawless mod. I just honestly hope he doesn't hire Creepy Potato like he's considering. I wouldn't feel comfortable having some hateful, nut job who told me she's going to gas me and to "climb in an oven" or threatened to kill others.

Why should Mods have to have VIP to mod anyway, since when was this stupid rule enforced ?
