yes bu i didnt say it, i quoted another person comment to reply to the conversation, it is ridicolous, surely should not be 2 hours other people didnt get kicked only muted

I could be mistaken, but what I'm hearing is that @TomboyVale didn't copy and paste a banned word, they didn't screenshot and repost a banned word, and they likewise did not say a banned word. It's hard to tell from the kick screen, but @TomboyVale is claiming that they used the built in reply feature in the room (added during the update) to respond to what someone else said, and what they were responding to contained a banned word. And their argument is that they didn't repost a banned word, they replied to another message in the chat where another chatter said something that contained a banned word and thus should not be held accountable for what the other chatter said.

Note: I'm not picking sides here, just trying to make sense of what actually happened. It's obviously up to the Lesbian Chat staff as to if they consider this an infraction against the replier as well or not.

Thats exactly what happened

Well lets see.
A chatter was kicked saying the C word. 4/08 17:14.
Another chatter mentioned the kick 4/08 17:32 and in turn was kicked.
Then another chatter 4/08 23:25 was kicked saying the C word. By the looks of it they were explaining or commenting one of the earlier kicks.

Then at 4/08 23:37 you were kicked. You were responding to the comments above about the third kick.
You state "other people didnt get kicked only muted", "i never saw rules saying you cant replay to a comment"and "Im not responsible for other people action tbh"

Lost Cause (thanks for your input) makes an arguement that you did not say it another chatter did and as such you should not be held accountable.

Well I checked no mutes for the C word.
As for the rules. I don't believe we have rules that cover every exact circumstance.
However we do have rules that state that the C word is not allowed. It has been clearly commented on above. Chat features are there for you to use and general use does not break the rules.
You are responsible for your own actions and the content of your posts.
Reposting of kickable items in any form just perpetuates the original offence.
The mod stated "NO copying and pasting the C word bc it's the same as u saying it, NO C word allowed" as such I agree with the mods actions and duration of the kick which is a mandatory 2 hour kick.

@Samwise @Ness_eb if you could kindly do the honours and close this.

I'm not trying to make an argument in defense of Tomboy, just trying to decipher the exchange and clearly state their argument since it was getting lost in the back and forth. The reply feature makes for a strange space where new rules need to be drafted to navigate issues like this. Gay Chat will likely be among the last to get the update, so I appreciate reading threads like this to see how other rooms are handling these issues before we encounter them first hand.
