I mean the spirit of the espionage act deeply repressive and the letter is intentionally vague for the sake of a wide net, but if it strategically holds back the strong man during a time of rising Bonapartism I guess it's a good time as any to point and laugh at the clown.
I just hope people are not diswayed from criticism of the Democrats donor class and the neoliberalism that got us to this point. There's a great need for restructuring institutions and working class organizing during a time of intra-ruling class conflict where one side is willing to placate with a growing labor movement and another fascistic side wants no compromise, and wants to recreate a great idealized past that's actually horrid for marginalized people.
But yeah, for the sake of feeling safer while trans, hopefully the negotiated future outcome is a Biden victory and Trump running for office in a jail cell (based if Cornel West were to win but very unlikely).
